Playful, bold & decorative objects from Berlin

STUDIO BERG is a self-producing label and design studio creating bold, playful home accessories designed to bring joy—often with a surprising twist.
Founded in 2014 by Friederike Delius, the studio moves between art and design, transforming everyday items into sculptural, characterful pieces.

Everything starts with material, color, and ideas around the crafting process, sometimes sparked by a positive memory—like eating candy canes as a child—translated into an object. The goal? To create pieces that bring personality and playfulness into living spaces, objects that invite interaction and become part of daily rituals.

Objects with Stories

Inspiration often comes from everyday moments—a fancy-colored dessert, a striped sunshade, an old scaffolding structure. It’s about finding joy in a design detail and translating these impressions into objects that feel both familiar and surprising.

Many of STUDIO BERG’s pieces reference historical forms and materials, but always with a contemporary twist. The JELLO JARS, for example, revive the tradition of antique jelly molds, turning them into vibrant, sculptural glass containers. The FOLDWORK series transforms architectural shapes into functional wall sculptures, while the KNSTRKT tableware plays with bold, Memphis-inspired geometries.
